Remember this post?  (If not, read it here.) It's my Monday mess.  Even though I know that I am not judged by my mess or loved for my ability (or inability) to keep it all together, organized is easier than messy.  So, I took care of my piles of papers on the table, bills on the counter, and playdough on the floor.

hidden kid's art storage

from this to this

The frame says "Love makes a happy home" because it's true!: $6 from Hobby Lobby

The metal envelope holds things that are always laying around: stamps, checkbooks, envelopes: $15 from Target

The calendar is my favorite part, and it totally keeps me sane.  With my husband's busy church, school, and coaching schedule, and my bible study, appointment, kid, and school schedule it's really easy to miss things.  This calender not only helps with communication, its white border looks cute!

$15 from Hobby Lobby

The letter holder does just that; it holds our letters and everything else that we need to keep that is not a bill: $20 from Hobby Lobby

I needed a place for bills, so I searched Pinterest and my house to make something from what I already had.  This was a brown picture frame.  I painted it white and took out the glass.  Then I covered three peices of cardstock in left over fabric and hot glued them together: $0 score!

Because every room needs a chalkboard and some encouraging scripture! This chalkboard came with a bare wood frame.  I painted it white and will continue to change up the verse.  This week I needed a reminder that my soul is in the hands of a capable God who made me and loves me: $8 from Hobby Lobby
